Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions, payments, cancellations, refunds, and rights/obligations between Intune Labs, Inc. ("Company") and users of the AI voice conversation service ("Service").

Article 2 (Nature of Service)

The service is subscription software providing AI voice conversations, emotion analysis, medication guidance, conversation history, family monitoring, and account settings.

⚠ The service does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, emergency response, legal advice, financial advice, or human care. All emotion analysis is AI-based observation, not clinical diagnosis.

Article 3 (Terms Changes)

Minor changes

7 days advance notice

Material changes

30 days advance notice with individual notification

Disagreement

Users who disagree may terminate the service

Article 4 (Accounts & User Obligations)

  • Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
  • Comply with laws, these terms, and service guidelines
  • Accounts may be restricted for false information or identity theft
  • Accounts may be terminated for intentional disruption or legal violations

Article 5 (Pricing & Subscriptions)

Pricing, billing intervals, and features are shown on checkout and pricing pages. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Article 6 (Withdrawal & Refunds)

Full refund

Within 7 days of payment if no substantial usage (less than 1 min AI conversation)

Partial refund

Calculated proportionally based on usage period

Processing

Within 3 business days of request

Non-refundable

If AI conversation records exist (substantial usage confirmed)

Article 8 (Conversation Data)

  • Voice audio is discarded immediately after processing (zero-log)
  • Transcripts and AI analysis are stored with AES-256 encryption
  • You may request deletion of conversation records at any time

Article 9 (Family Accounts)

Family monitoring is activated only through explicit invitation and acceptance. Family members can only view information within set permissions. You may disconnect family links at any time.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, communication failures, third-party service issues, or user negligence. Liability for indirect, special, and consequential damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the company headquarters. Both parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes through mutual consultation.
