Directly responsible for product design, technical architecture, and safety review. Leads public-sector partnerships and makes final decisions on privacy and safety standards.
Two functions keep it running

Product & Engineering
Builds the voice pipeline, emotion analysis, medication guide, and family connection features. Owns technical development and security infrastructure.
Care Operations
Responds to user and family inquiries and manages service quality. Owns 24-hour business-day response and incident handling.
