Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy aims to ensure compliance with the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, establish transparent settlement procedures, and prevent fraudulent transactions for the Voice AI Social Companion service provided by IntuneLabs Inc.

Article 2 (Scope)

  • Voice AI subscription payments within the IntuneLabs app and website
  • All payments and settlements through external PG providers such as Toss Payments
  • Refunds, payment cancellations, fraud prevention, and financial data security management

Article 3 (Payment & Settlement)

Payment Methods

Credit cards, bank transfers, and simple payments (Toss Pay, etc.) through PG providers.

Settlement Cycle

Regular settlement per PG contract. All transaction records are maintained in accounting systems.

Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmation is sent via email or in-app notification upon completion.

Article 5 (Risk Management)

Payment Failure Response

In case of PG failure, customers are immediately notified and PG is required to investigate and restore service.

Duplicate Payment Response

Periodic reconciliation identifies duplicate payments and failed cancellations. Manual cancellation within 24 business hours.

Liability Allocation

Company proactively takes customer protection measures. If PG is at fault, evidence is collected for indemnification claims.

Article 6 (Refund & Withdrawal Policy)

Cancellation Principle

Full refund within 7 days of payment if no substantial usage (less than 1 minute of AI conversation).

Partial Refund

Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on the usage period.

Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.

Non-refundable Cases

Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal may be limited if substantial service usage is confirmed (AI conversation records exist).

Article 9 (Elderly User Protection)

When a registered guardian (family member) exists, payment notifications are simultaneously sent to prevent unauthorized charges. In cases of voice phishing, smishing, or identity theft, we actively guide and support reporting to law enforcement and financial institutions.

Article 10 (Internal Audit)

The operations team conducts self-inspections of payment processes, refund status, fraud detection system (FDS) effectiveness, and security compliance as needed.
